Suzanne Pearson and Shannon Trueman share a genuine passion for their business. They love what they do – it shows through the successes they’ve achieved for their clients and the resultant rapid growth of Pearson Trueman & Associates.
Combining perfectionism and professionalism with enthusiasm and a sense of fun adds a dynamic to their working relationships both internally and externally.
Both partners are totally involved in the day-to-day running of the business and management of services to clients. They use their individual levels of expertise to establish, build and maintain productive client relationships.
Shannon Trueman has over 20 years experience managing projects across various industries. She is an experienced communication professional and project manager who has delivered a range of business documents, strategic and operational reports, change management strategies and promotional materials. Before forming Pearson Trueman & Associates in February 2007, from 1999 to 2007 Shannon was Partner and Managing Consultant of Pursue IT, managing a range of consultancies and projects for various major corporations. Prior to 1999 she held roles with John Fairfax Limited, Lend Lease, Mayne Nickless, Quoin Technologies and Workflow Solutions.
As well as being a partner, Shannon is responsible for managing:
- Proposals and delivery of consulting services to clients
- Quality control of materials produced by Pearson Trueman & Associates for clients
- Building the consulting team
- Relationships with consulting services clients.
Suzanne Pearson has over 20 years experience in recruitment services and human resources management. She previously established and operated the recruitment consultancy Norwich Consulting and was a Partner of Pursue IT. Suzanne has recruited a range of IT and professional services personnel for major Australian organisations, gaining an extensive knowledge of the IT and professional services contracting and recruitment markets.
Suzanne is proficient at recognising areas for business and communication improvement for clients and identifying the right consultants to deliver projects that result in effective outcomes.
Suzanne is responsible for managing:
- Business development
- Opportunity management
- Building and strengthening relationships with clients.
