Our history

Harnessing years of experience consulting in government and corporate environments and with strong relationships in many of these organisations, Suzanne Pearson and Shannon Trueman formed Pearson Trueman & Associates in 2007 to deliver successful analysis, communication, learning and change management solutions.
With experience across a range of industry sectors, Pearson Trueman & Associates specialise in writing easy-to-understand communication and learning materials as well as technical and business documentation. This includes everything from change and communication strategies, policies, procedures, process maps and instructional manuals to a variety of user guides.
Over the years Pearson Trueman & Associates has built up a skilled and experienced team of consultants such as process analysts, project managers, instructional designers, communication consultants and change management specialists that deliver the highest quality materials and services.
